Equity Razor is a system that continually downloads MLS listing changes and automatically creates Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) on all new listings and price changes. Agents can create specialized searches that match their clients criteria, and when a match is found a complete property report is automatically emailed to their client. Client tools are available to assist in further analyzing the property, such as maps, photos and property details. Because communicating with the client is crucial for the agent's business, ER has created automated reports, interfaces and systems to improve such communication. We call our technology NO CLICK AND ONE CLICK AWAY FROM MOST TASKS. |

Even though you have access to the MLS data through NTREIS, with Equity Razor you will be able to save hundreds of hours creating CMAs and communicating to your clients. Equity Razor does automated valuations (CMAs) on all active listings in the MLS. For the NTREIS North Texas MLS, Equity Razor does about 1000 CMAs every day. That is about 30,000 CMAs every month. Consider the competitive advantage this program can create for you. |

Yes, you can. You can also combine the equity with other parameters, like listed price, estimated value and geography. Searches can also be saved and either executed on demand or automated to be ran whenever new data is collected from the MLS. |

Equity Razor is currently offering beta pricing for packages that range between $250 to $2,500 per month or more. There are different packages available, but basically it depends on how many agents you want to have access to the application, how many counties you want to subscribe to, and how many clients use your IDX and email solution. |
